While the impact of the coronavirus has affected all of us, Co West Transportation, home of Telluride Express, Alpine Express and Go Alpine remains committed to operating and providing safe 24 hour transportation services to and from Montrose, Telluride, Denver, Hayden, Steamboat, Gunnison, Crested Butte, Grand Junction, Durango and surrounding areas.
In prior communication we addressed what we were doing to keep our vehicles safe for your transport. As we have learned more about the transmission of this virus, our team feels it is important to discuss what we are doing to keep our staff healthy in our efforts to keep you safe.
Effective immediately we have broken our company into two pods which will alternate days in service. Before a pod is rotated, we are having all of our facilities professionally sanitized and disinfected. This will allow for continuity of service, while providing the necessary safe work environment for our staff and ultimately you, the public.
Unfortunately this method of operations has adjusted our hours for phone service, now being 8:00am-6pm.
While call volume remains heavy, our team of reservation agents are here to assist you with booking, changes or cancellations over the phone or via email at reservations@letsride.co. Please note that due to the current cancellation volume we are experiencing a delay of 30-45 days for refunds to be processed.
