National Weather Service The National Weather Service has issued winter weather warnings and advisories throughout the mountain areas through Wednesday this week, with light to moderate snowfall. The snowfall amounts will increase in areas of higher elevations (Rabbit Ears Pass, Rocky Mountain National Park, and the Medicine Bow) and southern Colorado (US 160 and US 550).
