SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and attracting candidates to managing the hiring process. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and attract top talent to the organization.
Wage: $55,500+ Annual + DOE
SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
Reports to the Human Resources Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet the organization’s staffing needs
– Source candidates through online channels, social media, and networking
– Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ qualifications
– Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and assist with candidate selection
– Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires
SPECIAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
– Participating in job fairs and community events
– Assisting with the development of employee retention programs
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
– Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role
– Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting methods and best practices
– Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– SHRM or HR certification is a plus
PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
– This role is primarily conducted in an office setting and may involve sitting for extended periods.
